HillSpace is currently in pre-launch / waitlist stage and is focused primarily on users in Nigeria, while remaining open to international visitors.

For data protection laws, HillSpace is the data controller of the personal information we collect.

We do not currently collect payment card details, government identification numbers, or other highly sensitive personal data.

We believe trust is fundamental to what we are building, and selling user data is incompatible with that principle.

• Service providers — We work with carefully selected third-party providers who help us operate the Service (e.g., email delivery services, cloud hosting, analytics). These providers are contractually required to protect your data and may only use it for the purposes we specify.

• Business transfers — In connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets. You will be notified of any such change and of any choices you may have regarding your information.

Current third-party categories include analytics providers (Vercel Analytics, PostHog) and will later include email providers, payment processors, and other operational services as the platform expands.

We do not share your personal information with third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

Although HillSpace is focused on Nigeria, some of our service providers may process data in other countries. When we transfer personal information internationally, we take appropriate steps to ensure that your data receives an adequate level of protection, including contractual safeguards where required.

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including:

• Managing the waitlist and related communications
• Providing early-access invitations
• Complying with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations

When we no longer need your information, we will securely delete or anonymize it. Analytics data is typically retained in aggregated or anonymized form according to the retention policies of our analytics providers.

The Service is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. We do not currently use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects on individuals.
